About Me

From a young age, I was captivated by my family's intricate emotional and relational inner workings. Our struggles with addiction, mental health issues, and the pressure to keep our troubles confined within our extended family shaped my understanding of the world. As I pursued a career in teaching, I began to witness similar challenges within the families of my students, regardless of their age or grade level. This realization led me on a journey of self-exploration and growth, where I discovered the transformative power of therapy. It became evident that the essence of a healthy life lies at the core of humanity—the family unit and the relationships we cultivate with ourselves and others.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, my focus is on improving the well-being of couples, families, and their relationships. I see individuals, couples, and families as interconnected and influenced by various aspects of their lives. Empowering clients to nurture connections and build self-confidence is my main goal. Together, we create a supportive environment that promotes problem-solving and resilience. By breaking free from unhealthy patterns, families can overcome challenges and find their inner strength. My personal journey in therapy fuels my dedication to support clients on their healing path. Providing a compassionate space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported is truly an honor. Through collaboration and compassion, we navigate relationship complexities, heal wounds, and foster personal growth and fulfillment.
